Upgrade planned for Port Fairy base station

TELSTRA has advised it will be carrying out some works on its mobile base station in Port Fairy next week.

The works will take place on Tuesday, March 24 and will require some temporary service disruptions or reduction in mobile coverage.

Landline services, NBN internet services and mobile coverage from other providers will not be impacted during this time.

Telstra mobile customers will receive text messages advising them of the upcoming works.
