State champions

WARRNAMBOOL’S Western Region All Abilities team are state champions.

The team, coached by local Marg Morgan, went through last weekend’s state championships undefeated and were crowned 2023 state champions. 

The state titles were held in Melbourne and attracted several strong sides from across Victoria. 

After four faultless games throughout the tournament, Western Region defeated Barwon in the grand final to take premiership honours.
