Rodeo returns in December
THE Warrnambool Showgrounds will again come alive with non-stop thrills and spills when rodeo action returns in December.
The Rodeo Services Australia (RSA) national finals will be held on Friday, December 5 and Saturday, December 6.
An estimated 6,000 plus spectators can expect to see some of the country’s most talented riders.
There will also be plenty to keep some of the younger visitors entertained outside the ring, with a jumping castle, free kids’ activities and the Colour Angel face painting.
Food and trade stalls will keep hunger at bay and local musician Michael Ferguson and his band will entertain throughout the event.
Gates open at 3.30pm on the Friday while admission to Saturday’s event will be from 2pm.
Action will get underway in the ring at 5.30pm Friday and from 4pm Saturday.
